To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Please note that appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Arriving promptly helps us maintain our schedule and provide the best possible service to every client.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, depending on availability. In such cases, any applicable deposit will be subject to our rescheduling policy.
The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment and must be settled before completion of the service.
