Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, all semi-permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
How long does product shipping take?
Orders within Lagos are typically delivered within 24-48 hours. Nationwide deliveries across Nigeria take 3-5 business days depending on the state.
How long does a microblading session take?
A typical microblading or ombre brow session takes about 2 to 3 hours. This includes the initial consultation, brow mapping, numbing, and the actual procedure.
What is your product return policy?
Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we only accept returns on unopened tools and liquids within 7 days of delivery. Pigments and lashes are final sale.
